Our Annual Fund: Chapter 2 — Building Our Future
Acting Antics started 19 years ago because our founder, Cindy Schneider, believed theater should not have a waiting list of people it was never designed for. Since then, this organization has been carried by a small, wildly talented group of people who kept saying yes, kept finding a way, and kept putting our actors first.
We are proud of that. We also know it is not a plan.
Chapter 2 is the plan — our commitment to grow Acting Antics into an organization that can serve more people, for longer, without resting on the shoulders of a few. That means a full working board. Staff who are supported instead of stretched. More classes, more Social Nights, more performances. Scholarships so no family is priced out. And the systems behind the scenes that keep everything steady and transparent.
None of it is glamorous. All of it is what lets a 19-year-old dream still be here decades from now.

Sponsor Our Social Nights
Social Nights started because our actors kept asking for more time together outside of rehearsal. Now they are one of the most-loved things we do. Teens and young adults come in, drop their shoulders, and spend a few hours being themselves with people who get it. There is no audition, no pressure, and no one sitting on the sidelines.
Every night has a real cost behind it: a place to meet, supplies and games, food, and trained staff who know our participants by name and know how to make the room work for everyone.
That is where sponsors come in. When you sponsor a Social Night, you are not funding an abstract line item. You are buying pizza, board games, karaoke, and one more evening where somebody feels like they belong.
Ways to sponsor:
- $500 — Sponsor a full Social Night for approximately 15 participants
- $250 — Co-sponsor an evening with another supporter
- $100 — Cover food and supplies for a night
- Any amount — Pooled toward the next Social Night on our calendar
Sponsors are recognized by name or business at the event, on our Friends of Antics page, and across our social media. If you would like to sponsor as a family, in memory of someone, or in honor of an actor you love, just tell us, and we will make it happen.

Give the gift of self-esteem, confidence, and stronger social skills to the children, teens, and adults we all love at Acting Antics.
Your sponsorship enables an all-abilities actor to take part in our music and theater programs, make friends, and have fun in a truly unique, inclusive experience — regardless of what their family can afford.
- $1,275 sponsors one actor for a full Masterclass session
- $600 sponsors one actor for a full year of Social Nights (twice monthly, all year)
- $300 sponsors a half-year of Social Nights
- $25 sponsors a single Social Night
- Any amount supports actors on our financial assistance list
Gifts may be made in honor or in memory of someone special.
The gift that keeps on giving!
Give the gift of the stage. Acting Antics gift certificates can be used toward any inclusive theater program — classes, camps, Social Nights, Masterclasses, or a birthday party at our theater. Choose any amount, from $25 for a single Social Night to $1,275 for a full Masterclass. Certificates never expire.
